If you wake up in the morning and play with that date chutkey like syrup, you will get relief from whooping cough within 15 days. Soak dates in water at night for constipation. The next morning, drink water soaked in dates.


However, dried dates or khorma can be eaten for some time. Also, it is better to keep fresh dates directly in the fridge and eat them within a few days. Care should be taken so that the fungus does not fall on the preserved dates.
